Consumer Food Waste – NAS Report Issued

On August 21, 2020, a Committee of the National Academies released a report, titled “A National Strategy to Reduce Food Waste at the Consumer Level – The report was released by webinar – The report “… identifies strategies for changing consumer behavior, considering interactions and feedbacks within the food system.
