Implemented innovations to address food production, sustainability, nutrition and consumer demand are addressed during “The Future of Food Summit” held Wednesday, September 18, 2019 in New York City. Food scientists, journalists, food producers, farmers, dietitians and industry stakeholders participate in panels discussing:
